9. How do I measure my wrist?

Measure your wrist using a soft ruler or measuring tape. Then add 0.25 to 0.5 Inch, depending on how loose you like it.

11. There are small glue marks on my favorite new shoes, what can I do?

Don't panic, regular lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remove the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop.

12. What is the difference between PU, Patent leather, Stretch and Leather material?

At Diva Shoe Palace we love a good vegan leather to save more animals and save more coin. So we carry shoes in Patent leather and PU which are manmade materials.  PU, is short for polyurethane, and is a semi-shiny to non-shiny material designed to be less expensive than leather. Patent leather has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Stretch, either patent or PU, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows the shoe(or boot) to fit to the contours of the feet and/or legs. Lastly, leather, usually has a supple and comfortable feel with a textured pattern, and is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

13. How can I change batteries on a light-up shoe?

Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully removing the lighting mechanism. Replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using a hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.

14. Help! The rhinestones have become loose or detached on my shoes, what can I do to fix it?

To adhere rhinestones back on to your shoes, you can use any brand of super glue, preferably one with a long tip for precision.

15. How do you convert a Men's shoes size to a Woman shoe size?

Keep in mind all shoes fit differently, but a general rule of thumb is a two-size increase. So for example, A man’s 9 converts to a woman’s 11. Please check our conversion chart for more information.
